Getting To The Borghese Gallery Using Public Transportation In Rome
The Borghese Gallery is located on the Pincian Hills in Villa Borghese. You can easily reach the art gallery using Rome's public transport network. Here are the two most popular options:
- Metro: Board line A and alight at the Piazza di Spagna, which is the metro station closest to the gallery. Exit the station and follow the signage leading towards the gallery. Do note that walk up from the station to the art museum is a bit of an uphill climb. Alternatively, you can also get down at the Barberini metro station which is a 20 minute walk to the Borghese Gallery.
- Bus: Bus numbers 52 and 53 stop close to the Borghese Gallery. You can also take any bus that stops at Via Veneto. From there, the Borghese Gallery is only 1 km away which can be covered in 5 minutes.
